The problem is, Bananas signal your brain to store fat. And your body will store anything you eat with or after the banana as well.
The brain releases sarotonin after tons of foods we eat, and they become addictive to the brain, because they make us feel happy.
We can’t control that.
But we can choose foods that don’t signal the storage of fat.
Instead of a bananas, try ANY berries, peaches, mangoes, they do not trigger your brain to store fat.
